What's It Like? This wine spends 214 days in clay amphora with skins! That's a lot of skin contact! So expect some tannin from the extended maceration, some notes of honey and earth, and dried apricots and orange zest. The wine is bottled directly from the amphora, which gives it a bit of cloudiness. The result is a rustic orange wine just like you would have had two hundred years ago!
