We aged a rich & complex Super Saison in our Foeder for 9 months with several strains of Brettanomyces. Then dry hopped it with Cryo Citra and Cryo Centennial. A big, but drinkable beer with complexity packed with notes of lemon, grapefruit, lime, pine, floral, and tropical fruits.
