Grapes: 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 50% Vermentino
Region: Zaer, Morocco
Soil: Hamri (red clay) & ancient sands, limestone subsoil and shale
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked, rested for a 24-hour cold maceration, then are destemmed and pressed to stainless tanks.
Sulfites: low addition at bottling
