Vinification: Rosé wine obtained from the spontaneous fermentation of red grapes without temperature control and without adding chemicals. The skins remain in contact overnight in open vats, then the racking and pressing are carried out and transferred to fiberglass containers where it refines on its lees for 8 months decanting naturally, followed by further refinement in the bottle.
